Honey Lemon Salmon In Foil

I have to say that this is the way I will always make salmon from now on. We just love the tenderness and flakiness with a little sweetness and lemon flavor, salt and pepper and a little dried italian herbs. You just wrap it in tin foil and bake it for 20 minutes or so and it's fabulous.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Ingredients:
Serving size pieces of salmon (boneless & skinless). Costco has fabulous frozen salmon in serving size.
Dried italian herbs
Fresh lemon juice
Honey
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Set serving size salmon in tin foil. Drizzle with honey and some lemon juice, salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little dried italian herbs. Make sure your tin foil is big enough to wrap the entire piece of salmon in so it won't leak.  You can also foil and bake an entire side or any size of salmon, just adjust the time accordingly.

Place packets of salmon on baking sheet and put in 400 degree over for about 15-20 minutes depending on size.

Check one filet to see if it's done the way you like it, being careful not to over bake.
