March Madness

This is a little of my not so sweet life.  Eighteen inches in March, come on.  I guess it depends how you look at it.  The skiers are singing praises right now, me not so much.  The only thing that makes it bearable is that it is March and I see the end coming very soon.  This is the most snow that's been on my back rail all winter.  This was wet and heavy and not the typical light and fluffy Best Snow On Earth snow, but it's March.  Supposed to be 60 degrees by Wednesday.  So can we say massive melt.  In fact the sun is coming out as I write.  I should have fertilizer on my lawn.  I'm visualizing green popping out everywhere.

You know what they say, "Once a California girl always a California girl", at least for me anyway. I have been gone thirty years but its still there.

Can you believe by the 11th the snow was totally melted, the sun was out and it was nice enough to do some work in the yard. Ahh must be close to Spring.
