Cranberry Honey Butter

Looks like a bowl of ice cream.  No, It's delicious Cranberry Honey Butter

You will love this on your rolls this Thanksgiving.  This is one of those recipes that is easy to adjust the ingredients to your personal taste.  Want more orange flavor?  Zest another orange.  Want more of the honey taste, add more honey.  If you want to go beyond and mold it you could use the kind of mold you use for rice krispy treats.  Make it your own.  This recipe makes alot so unless your having multitudes over you will probably want to half the recipe.  If you have any left over it's always great on English muffins or bagels.
