S'mores Pops

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY !

Just had to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July. S'mores Pops are really a no recipe, recipe. You can use popcycle sticks or lollipop sticks and just stick them all the way into the marshmallows. I used Hershey bars for my chocolate and I crushed some graham crackers to roll them in.  Melt your chocolate bars about 20 seconds and stir to make smooth.  For a dozen regular sized marshmallows I used two regular size Hershey bars and 4 double graham cracker sheets. Multiply as needed. After dipping & rolling I put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let the chocolate firm up. Might also be fun to use the giant marshmallows they have out in the summer.  Hope you all have a happy and safe holiday.
