Healthy Pumpkin Shake





Well I'm really on the pumpkin roll now.  I have been wanting to try a pumpkin shake but didn't want to make one with ice cream. I wanted one that was a little healthier that was packed with nutrition so after looking up a few recipes I came up with this one and I even had all the ingredients already, bonanza. This recipe will make one large or two smaller shakes. I drank the whole thing and it made the perfect lunch.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk (I used Silk original)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon honey
5-7 ice cubes

Add ingredients to blender in the order given and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
