Pineapple Mango Salsa

This is a great summer salsa, sweet and spicy, cool and refreshing. You can control the heat to your liking. It just takes 10-15 minutes to whip up. It's also a great accompaniment for any meat or chicken and also great on fish tacos.

2 cups fresh pineapple OR 1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits in it's own juice, drained
2 mangos, chopped
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1 anaheim OR jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped, heat to your liking
1 bunch cilantro finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

1.  In medium bowl, combine pineapple, mangos, red bell peppers, red onion, seeded pepper, and cilantro.

2.  Add lime juice and season to taste. Chill for at least 30 minutes or until serving time.
