Banana Mango Smoothie
I had the most refreshing smoothie today. So simple yet so delicious. It only consists of a medium banana, a mango, unsweetened almond milk, and crushed ice. I did add a squirt of raw honey to it. I'm thinking these would even be good in popsicle form. In the summer I like to take my smoothies and freeze them in popsicle holders. It's oh so refreshing and healthy all at the same time.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 mango, seeded and peeled.
8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
8 ounces crushed ice
one squirt raw honey if desired
Blend in blender and enjoy.
