Papaya Smoothie




This was an unexpected surprise of a smoothie. I had this papaya sitting on the counter getting more ripe by the day so I decided to put it in a smoothie and it turned out great. Papaya's are so healthy for you and I just love the taste. I've heard a lot of people don't like them and that it's an acquired taste but I love them. I added a little dry oatmeal and some honey for sweetness and it was yummy.





INGREDIENTS:

Scoop out a small papaya
1 small banana
1/3 cup uncooked minute oatmeal
1 tablespoon or more raw honey
1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
