Ravioli Lasagne



When can you make something for dinner with only 4 ingredients, or maybe 5 if you put ground meat in the sauce, its a good thing. This is so simple to make for the family and also excellent to take for a pot luck.  It makes a 9X13 dish and will feed 6 people easy. Put it with a simple salad and there you go.




Very reasonable, here's all you need. Optional is 1 pound of ground meat as you will see in the recipe.




INGREDIENTS:

25 oz. frozen cheese ravioli 
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar Prego (24 oz) Prego Traditional spaghetti sauce
1 pound lean ground meat (optional, but we love it)
parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

For ground meat sauce: brown the ground meat and cook until no pink shows. Add the Prego and set aside.

Use a 9X13 dish and spread half of the sauce (plain or with meat) in the bottom.

Add a layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.

Sprinkle half the cheese over the ravioli.

Add another layer of ravioli over the cheese.

Add the rest of the sauce over the ravioli.

Add the rest of the cheese over the sauce and then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.






Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes on 400 degrees.  Remove foil and continue to bake for an addition 10 minutes.
