Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Sweet Potatoes
I know not everyone likes brussel sprouts but I love them. It's probably the only thing Mr. B doesn't like as far as food goes. This is a great side in the fall or any time of year. It's really a no recipe recipe as far as measurements go. It all just depends on how many people you are serving. Down below I'll give measurements for about 6-8 people.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 15 small brussel sprouts, rinsed and halved
- candied or plain pecans, as many as you want
- craisins, as many as you want
- 2 or 3 strips of bacon, nuked and then sliced.
