Herbs in Olive Oil
This is a tiny pick from the garden today. Going to eat the cherry tomatoes for lunch and then I'll chop up the herbs and put them in ice cube trays with a tablespoon of olive oil each for the freezer. I used chives, rosemary, and parsley, but you can use any of your favorites. When they are frozen I will pop them out and put them in a zip lock bag. This is a great way to have herb flavored oil when cooking, all ready to go.
