Citrus Blueberry Blast

 

This healthy smoothie is so refreshing and just right for the hot weather. It makes a great breakfast, lunch or afternoon refresher. Recipe makes 20 ounces so it's plenty for two. I may have to add this to my favorites list.



Ingredients:

juice of one small fresh orange

1 lemon meringue Greek yogurt, 5.3 ounces (I used light and fit) or any lemon Greek yogurt

1 banana

2 cups frozen blueberries

drizzle of raw honey

Instructions:

Fill blender jar with ingredients in order given and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Makes about 20 oz.
