Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Yes, I said a CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL!  It's a sweet cheese ball that you can whip up so fast and you will definitely want to try.  It's great on a dessert platter.

It can be a little addictive so watch out!

 

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 tablespoons butter, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1  3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, (divided)

Cookies for serving, I used the Pepperidge Farm Chess cookies, but any cookie will work, go crazy.

Directions

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.  

Add sugars and vanilla and blend.

Add 3/4 cup mini chips and blend.

Shape into ball on plastic wrap and chill for about 45 min and then roll in the rest of your mini chips and serve or refrigerate future use.
